i have the latest version . I just downloaded it and i still get that message
the console is showing this “because its MIME type (‘text/html’) is not a supported stylesheet MIME type, and strict MIME checking is enabled” the site is a fresh install .I dont feel its fair that i am getting this issue without help. This isnt a custom modification question. its a product i purchased that has an error
You purchase our template 2 years a go. Your support is expired 2 years a go. Please purchase the support and send us email with your url, user admin, pass and ftp. Our template don’t have this error. Can be from your server, browser, etc. We need to check this on your site because is only on your website and for this you need to have support enable. Please check Themeforest TOS.
1 i dont see any option just to get support. 2 i just did a fresh install so im not sure how that is fair regardless when i purchased it.

how do i center the menu. both the demo on the site and my menu are not centered

Joomla 3 is not compatible with 8. Only joomla 4.

Hello, if you are using the last version of our template, yes. You can update it. Our last version of template is build with helix ultimate 2, version that is compatible with Joomla 3 and 4.Before update, make full backup.

Hello, you need to full backup your site first. Then you can update all extensions, uninstall helix plugin and install ultimate version helix plugin and template If you need our support, please renew it and write us from our profile form contact.

Yeah, I don’t want to udate to Helix Ultimate, I want to update to the latest version of Helix 3, which is 3.0.2. If so, is it safe to upgrade to J4 after that?
Hello, If all extensions are compatible with Joomla 4, yes. Update all extensions to latest version, if you have extensions (component, plugin, module) that aren’t compatible with J4, disable them, uninstall and you can update. Ex j2store : is not compatible with j4.

To answer you here: for joomla 4, not all extensions are ready, are not compatible, so you need to wait more. You can’t use j2store with joomla 4 in this moment. In pack zip, you have joomla 3 with store and joomla 4 without store. Best regards

Hello @Moea , In last update of our pack, we add new version of template build with Helix Ultimate, Quickinstall with Helix Ultimate. Helix Ultimate is different then Helix 3 framework, so make full backup before making changes. 1. make full backup 2. set joomla default theme 3.disable helix 3 template and plugin 4.uninstall both 5.install ultimate template from our pack and plugin helix.

You have the latest version of builder and allways will be updated with latest version of extensions. Hello, latest version is on themeforest. Please go and download again zip from your account. Unzip and check there, you will have version for helix framework and also helix ultimate. Ultimate is different then helix previous versions, so if you want to move from helix framework to helix ultimate, make backup first, read documentation because you will need to uninstall helix theme and plugins and then you need to install helix ultimate theme and plugin.
