Thank you for pointing out the issue. I passed it on to techs. As a quick fix for now, you can remove the Upsolution Core plugin via FTP and re-install it at Zephyr > Addons. It should resolve the issue.
Hi, I set up the contact form (your form in wpbakery) with an email field, which I set as the sender, but it doesn’t work and therefore the email that arrives does not have the user’s address as the sender. Solutions? Am I doing something wrong? Thank you

Hey, guys! I noticed an error in the Typography panel (at the paragraph or headings settings with selecting the font, searching through fonts etc.) if WPML plugin is installed. Upon activating the WPML plugin, the message in the Typography setting for paragraph changes from the current font to:—
This is happening with version 8.22 and 8.21.3 of Zephyr and various versions of the WPML plugin, including the latest one.

Hey, thanks for ackowledging the issue. There is another small bug that I found: when I paste a hex color code without the hashtag, Zephyr doesn’t save it. On older versions of the theme, I could paste 400da9 and it would save it as #400da9. Now, I need to expressly write #400da9, and it’s harder, because I copy the code over from Photoshop (without the #) and I need to manually type the #.
I hope this is a bug and not by design, because it was better before. Thank you.

Quick question: why doesn’t the Separator element have a separate “Height” setting for laptop screens? It only has the default option, and the Responsive tab shows the Tablet and Phone options, meaning that the default also applies to laptops. Sometimes, we need smaller separation on laptop screens 
Other things: the “Learn more” and “Read about font-display property” links in the Tyography panel are broken.

You can create a feature request on the Support Portal; we’ll consider implementing this feature in one of the following updates. Alternatively, you can use the element Design settings to specify the exact height per device.

An also, What happens with the latest release 8.21 that is not available from Themeforest? The last update is from 12 December 2023.
In my backend it tells me that I can update to that version, but no matter how much I try to update, it tells me that I am always on the latest version. This is not the first time this has happened to me (almost always the solution is to clear the cache and wait a few minutes or days and try repeatedly to update the theme) and the same thing happens to me with the Impreza theme in another project (a client’s website with different hosting).
Can you take a look at it somehow?

Regarding the update link not appearing – try clearing the transients. You can use the WP Reset plugin for that. Once you install it, go to Tools > WP Reset > Tools and click the “Delete all transients” button.

OK thanks. I finally managed to update the template after several attempts after 30 minutes of clearing the cache. Next time I will use a plugin I already have (WP Clean Up or WP-Optimize) to clean up the transients.

Quick question about Typography. Let’s say I select “Open Sans” as the main font and I want to load some weights: 300, 400, 600, 700. I don’t have the option at the top (in paragraph settings). When I select the paragraph font, I can set the Font Weight and Bold Text Font Weight (for example, 400 and 700). But I can’t load any other font weights to use inside WPBakery (in a page). If I want to use the 300 weight, I need to re-add “Open Sans” in the Additional Google Fonts section and check the box for 300 there. Why isn’t there an option to select the loaded weights for the main font, at the top of the Typography panel? Thank you.

Typography settings are implemented this way as it appears that, in most cases, only 1 or 2 font weights are used per font type. Cases when you need more than 2 are relatively rare. At the same time, every font weight added globally is loaded on each site page, even if it’s not actually in use. This results in a slower page load. The current approach to typography settings allows both managing the site-wide font weights application and improving the site loading speed.

I noticed in your demo website none of links (A and IMG tags with a href attribute ) change cursor to a hand (cursor:pointer) is that done in a purpose? is there a way to change this so all links will have hand cursor when they hovered over?

I discovered a new bug in version 8.19: I’m editing a Reusable Block with WPBakery and I add an image block, but I can’t select what image to add because clicking on the + button doesn’t work.
I have a WPBakery Clipboard plugin and I copied the image block from a regular Page into the Reusable Block. It works, but I can’t change the image – same thing, the X button on the image doesn’t work.

Just noticed a weird bug: duplicating a grid layout results in an EMPTY grid layout. Theme version 8.18.3. I had created a complex grid layout that I wanted to clone, but duplicating it resulted in a totally empty layout. I managed to do an export+import using the “Export / Import” button.

After updating to version 8.18.2 and 8.18.3, I noticed that you removed the possibility of checking the boxes for Google font weights that I wanted to load. This causes the front-end to only show the weights selected for the Body and H1-H6.
So, for example, I can’t have font weight of 400 and 700 for regular/bold body text, while choosing 600 for Button text. On the frontend, the buttons would show 700 instead of 600.
How can I have different weights for body text and button text? Like I said, I want 400 for regular body text, 700 for bold body text and 600 for buttons.

In the “Additional Google Fonts” panel, there is still the option to check individual weights for fonts: 300, 400, 500, 600, 700 and 800 (for Open Sans, for instance).
But this is not possible anymore for the main font at the top.
Worth mentioning: when I choose different font weights in Theme Options > Button Styles (in backend!), I can see it loads the weights correctly (500 and 600). But on the frontend, it doesn’t work properly. If you choose 500 for the button, the frontend shows the weight of 400. If you choose 600 for the button, the frontend shows 700.
So I guess the font loads all the weights in the backend (theme admin), but it only loads 400 and 700 in the frontend.
PS: I have “Live Builder” disabled.

If your theme is activated, you can update it via the WordPress plugins section, or you can download the latest supported version from the full archive version at Themeforest “Downloads” (you need to open the archive to find the needed zip file with the plugin).
