Not very good - inflexible and not intuitive. Probably good for basic website but if you have anything even slightly customized or complex, not a good plug in at all

Well that's why it's advertised as a "simple" menu :) If you expected something else then you clearly didn't become familiar with the item you were going to purchase. It's a real shame you put your mistake on the author via such an unjustified negative rating.
