for Customer Support

I wrote two negative reviews earlier but I have to say that support has helped me through all my issues that I faced. They offered me a refund but I do not want a refund because the site is nearly built and it's looking great.

This was a difficult project for me as I am not a developer, and the theme does require a small amount of knowledge for it to be successful (very small). It seems that if you do know your way around WP you'll find this theme easy to use. It took a fair amount of time to get familiar with it. I do wish (as another person said on a Select support ticket) there were videos to help, and I do wish there was a bit more of explanation on their documentation, but over time, if you're new, you'll come to understand how it all works.

I was so frustrated at first, but I do have to say Select has always spoken to me and treated me with respect, even responded to my tickets after leaving two bad reviews. They were willing to email me as well — and all of that I have very much appreciated.

Their response team seems to respond in the sleeping hours if you are in the US, so normally I'd submit a ticket at night and have my answer in the morning, except on weekends. Always polite too, even when I was frustrated.

I guess I thought I'd get support immediately, but once I saw how it worked, I knew what to expect.

Overall the them is beautiful. I have a lot more work to do this week on it, and it seems to load a slowly right now, but I am confident that support will guide me thru the rest of my experience. They had to hold my hand, and for that I very much appreciate them.
