I am very, very disappointing with this template. I am having issues getting the icons to show up on the main page. I filled out a support ticket and they told me it was a cross browsing issue. Then they said “We can try by adding some code in .htaccess file to resolve cross browser issue but as per envato policy it will be paid support & you have to pay $15 for this.”Either I am missing something but they state that this template is supported in chrome. Browsers IE10, IE11, Firefox, Safari, Opera, Chrome, Edge I have tried on two separate host providers. Will be asking for a refund is they don’t help me fix this issue.

Hi Dear, This is completely kind of misleading to others & really none author will think to have his customer like you whose mentality is such a cheap that if i will give any author 1 star he will do my job for free. It was option for us to accept your refund request & hence deletion of your poor review from here but that is not our mind set.
Here you should have to write complete conversation not the few lines. Dear Buyers my team suggested that this is cross browser issue & shared some tutorial, suggested to talk to host provider for font-awesome icons cross browser issue. As 100+ buyers are using same template & none reported any such issue. We know this is not out template/coding issue that's why we requested for paid support.
Our buyers will choose best item for their need & definitely after using the template & our support they will realize the fact. Recent reviews are example of that.
