Excellent theme and customer support. 95% of the theme is managed through 1 page. It's not easy to find a theme where most settings are managed on 1 page and I'm shocked to find negative reviews saying it's "too hard". It's easy compared to the majority of themes on themeforest.

I found a small bug, emailed support, and it was fixed immediately. I asked for a feature request outside of the scope, and again, it was accepted and completed.immediately.
