I had many problems and still have with this code, tried to get support from the company but they were unable to provide support that could improve the website speed and usability.

This is unfair. You've raised 3 support requests and we've responded to all of them including the one you asked for tips about website speed.
I've clearly explained that your webserver has not installed gzip compression which is the basic requirement to speed up the website.
