Hello there,

There is an issue with importing the demo content. I have asked the hosting company to increase the memory that the server can handle as I noticed there is a problem on one of your other themes which may also be the same for this one. The demo content just hangs on 40% and doesn't budge, even when left over night.

This is really not what I was expecting when using this theme and as I have been using the Hazel theme on another website, I expected this one to work in a similar way.

I refuse to pay the extra fee to get support for a product that should work on such a basic level and as there is no other way to contact you then this unfortunately is the rating I have to give for this particular theme.

Please note, that paid support system is not our decision, but Envato Market, so we as theme authors need to play by those rules.
We would gladly help you with import process, just contact us at support@select-themes.com and include your site URL with wp-admin access.
Import depends on resources on your server, so it could be that you've facing off import issue because of low resources.
