Although this is actually a very nice theme, there are a few issues with limited customisation, i.e. you cannot change the fonts using the built in features - a rather basic one for me. Most clients want their site to fit in with existing branding. Support also seems to be lacking, I am still waiting on queries posted over a week ago, and looks like other users have been waiting months. Also, bundled plug-ins are not included in the latest downloads in a timely fashion. You could be waiting weeks for those too.

It is a shame as the developer has created something nice here, just needs a few minor tweaks to sort everything out.
