dissapointed...
Bought a license yesterday, everything went well, followed the step by step video tutorials, installed the theme, imported the demo site to get started.
First problems, can't import sliders "error, archive not compatible"
Only thing I get is a black background for an homepage with a music club logo, and no options for customizer. When I start blank and use the customizer I can see all the options for about 5 seconds en suddenly my menu has only 5 options. Can't change anything!
Last but not least, support site doens't work... When trying to log in, everything works, page refreshes and suddenly I have to log in again. After 3 attempts I'm finally logged in but can't submit a ticket (have to log in again?!)
Tried updating OSX, use safari, use google chrome, using other pc... nothing...
No problems with other themes though....
