One of the most disappointing purchases I've ever made. Where to start?
Much of the styling is grouped in a haphazard way, and styles affect each other when they should be independent. Select a "large" title, and it not only changes the size, it changes the font. Change the width/length of the "separator" lines on either side of the title, and that also changes the line spacing.
Which brings up naming. Under Portfolio, they say "portfolio item" when they mean "portfolio." A "portfolio item" should be a single piece of work. But these are projects or galleries. They say "portfolio project" in docs and the interface, but there is no option called "portfolio project."
Sadly, unless you import the massive demo data, it's virtually impossible to figure out how to do certain things that are in the demo. Even if you do import, good luck figuring out where to tweak. Info Box Masonry Style Portfolio? There are no templates/settings under the Portfolio tab, or in settings for a portfolio, for things like "info box" and "masonry". The docs seem to imply you need to use their much-touted shortcodes in order to get those features – but the docs have no example of syntax or usage.
Portfolio: I finally gave up on using this, and tried switching to Masonry Gallery. Even if I added a "link", the user would have to click a tiny icon, rather than clicking anywhere on the image to see a larger version. When I tried adding a button, none appeared, even though I added a name. Is an icon actually required? I don't want one. And square - small images: broken. No image.
As for Visual Composer? Unusably slow – at least on my connection. Takes 1min 45secs to load in a post or page editor. I'll never get another theme that requires it.
The authors seem like they're trying hard to give good support, but users shouldn't have to open a ticket when an intuitive interface would suffice.
After wasting two days trying to customize this theme, I'm looking for a new one.

Also, all theme layout can be seen in theme demo, and options for custom post type are very basic and according to Custom Post Types functionality which WordPress offers. Visual Composer plugin can be little slower depending on connection and server speed, but plugin is most powerful page builder and it is widely used.
We really hope this can be improved and you will change this bad impression you've got. In case that our theme is too complicated for you and you don't want to use it, you can submit a refund request and we will discuss it there.
