- help guide very old and different then template not easy to follow it also not explain everything about customize your site.
- there is no page builder, and price is high then other template came with page builder, this template price 49 USD no page builder , i bought other template with price 34 USD and it with page builder.
- help forum when you add post about some error take some time more then 48 hour to answer you, there is no time of work in day some time wait 24 hour and help support answer you with question so you will answer and wait another 24 hour.
- there no live chat help center.
- i think from very long time this template no updated because from this comany i bought other template easy to customize.
for this all reason i reating it 1 star

Hi,
From your questions we found that you required features from other themes and we did not understand fully why you chose this. Perhaps you wanted the Right to Left support which was in the theme. Other than this how you wanted the theme to behave was not within the features it had.
We have never advertised the theme to use Page Builder. The Help Guide we have includes screenshots along with step by step instruction on all features. The theme is easy to work with and has standard WordPress admin controls. This also makes the theme very durable.
Our support forum replies within 24hrs , and not later than 48hrs if the question falls to a weekend.
