I am extremely sorry late reply and issue you faced. I was on mini vacation (4 days) so internet connection was not good to check issues and debug it.

There is a little communication gap to understand theme functionality like install theme ( main vs installable version zip ), add feature images, use theme options so sometimes buyer feels theme has bugs but theme doesn't have any bug (otherwise themeforest will disable buggy theme until author fix all bugs).
