Just to confirm the installation is the same as other WordPress themes. To install a demo website should be a one click process, if you have trouble please contact support.

Either way, we're sorry you had a bad experience with the theme, we agree it was complicated to use before. We know it has been a while, but recently launched a major update which addressed many of the problems our customers were facing.

We've made many design and UI improvements to make page editing much easier and we've simplified the options. There are many possibilities with this theme, if you're making a website again, please consider trying the new version. Let us know if you need any guidance as you're learning to use it.

Hopefully we can improve on the 1 star :)
