I got the theme few two days ago.
I also increase customer support time, and now I can't even get in their customer support area to ask for my money back.
The login I always use to log in to my account is not working. I try several times, and I get an error message over and over.
The theme show five themes and I got only one and also there were other issues with it.

We apologize for the issues you may have.
However, it's obviously we have 2 demos and many styles of home pages. You can see our demo sties. Nobody has about this, so far.
Where did you try to login? we don't have any problems to login in our support site. Every clients is using our support site without the problem. You may have been a wrong place.
