I update my website every 2 to 3 years and the support from this theme has been the worst. After giving the author my admin all my login details were changed so I couldn't access. I thought that my author had did this so I wouldn't disturb him whilst doing the theme setup. Apparently this was not the case, the author was having a system issue.
So after contacting my web host they helped me get my site back and yes, all my logins were changed by someone else after I gave my login details. So now its been three days and I am still waiting for my author to reply my messages.
Im a full time photographer and rely on my site for some of my work.. how long do I need to wait until my site is fully functional?
