I can't begin to explain how helpful Pirenko has been since I have purchased the theme Shout through them! I have emailed back and forth with them countless times and they are always quick to respond and eager to help me with whatever the issue or question is. They even had me add them as an admin on my site and they logged in and helped me fix the issue I was having. If you are new to themes....or websites in general....you should definitely give Pirenko a try!
