We reviewed both of your threads in our support forum and established that our agent helped you with all theme-related questions.

Regarding coupons, this is something that's implemented on Checkout page. Button's been left by mistake on Cart page and our agent should've told you that. Once you apply coupon to Checkout page and hit "Apply Coupon" button, the coupon's been applied. There's no AJAX redirection for coupon feature by default.

When it comes to coupons removal, you need to go to "Trash" page where your coupons are and empty it https://www.screencast.com/t/nrAy0PyeSj In that way, you will be able to use coupon codes again.

Last but not least, responsive view should be easily fixed with couple of lines of CSS code, we're very sorry you weren't provided with these, we'll check this out closer if you wish to continue your website development with Kendall theme. We guarantee it could be easily fixed.
