for Customer Support

Non existent support. I have a support ticket open from more than a month and i have not got any response. I emailed them multiple times but no response yet. Worst of all, i have been locked out of my account on their support website and cannot even access my tickets anymore.

We are sorry for delays in response because of our sudden data loss on our previous hosting and everything migrated to the new hosting which took a lot of time. could you please share your ticket URL you will have the response on high priority.
