The Theme and the Support exceeded my expectations. The Team at Globo went above and beyond to support my requested tweaks to the Theme and when I needed customizations they got them done quickly and for a very reasonable price. It's early days, but I'm feeling very good about how the final product is looking and I know if I get stuck I can reach out to someone that will actually respond in reasonable timeframe.
