Really no one does not install it is not complete it lacks files, not proffessional, I ask for the refund...

All files are included. The theme has been installed many times. Make sure you are installing theme 'developer.zip' file and not the 'main_files.zip' which included docs etc. Can you submit a support ticket so we can help? http://help.pixelgrapes.com
