When it comes to support, we as theme authors do not have nothing with paid support. It has been introduced by Envato Market almost 3 years ago, and we need to work according to their rules. Anyhow, we are always available for you on support@elated-themes.com and if you reach us, we will gladly investigate if there is any issue that is theme related and help you there.
