Feel free to open a new ticket and include your site URL with wp-admin access so our professionally trained support team could check this closer and try to assist you there. Having pleased users is our highest priority. Really hope it will be helpful, so you'll change this bad impression you've got and you'll finally be satisfied using our theme. If you gave up using our theme, since we are not able to find related url where our theme is activated, you are able to submit refund request and it will be checked.
