I have been trying to utilize the customization but it will not allow you to do anything you want with it.

Video capabilities and options are limited. Videos have to be constrained due to web speed optimization. So the videos have to be small in size and low resolution. Video URL from youtube and other video sources are not allowed.

Layout and settings are not user-friendly. Some of the smallest details you want to know have to be submitted as a ticket because there is no detailed "step-by-step" documentation of how to change the logo, slider, etc. Therefore, you can't just jump in and say it's easy to manipulate.

If you know how to work WordPress sites, there are better themes out there. This is only good when you just want a quick way to make a website and you don't know that there are better options out there.

I thought it was the fastest way since I loved the look and the animation. I thought it was easy but the documentation is not detailed enough so you are just lost after knowing that the theme has a huge limitation.

I wish I could have my money back but it was too late.
