I'm sorry for the inconvenience. The reason I had not responded to your questions sooner is because you posted them on a Saturday and support questions are only answer Monday to Friday (this is a fairly standard support schedule).

Also support questions should be posted on the support site at https://ghostpool.ticksy.com and not in the comment section.
