I decided to buy a Launch and Sell theme because I thought the themes look nice for a business coaching website. I was extremely excited to get my business up and running after I installed my new theme. While trying to set up the theme I ran into some problems. I started to notice that the theme functionality was faulty. Some of the templates for the theme where missing. I tried reaching out to customer service through their website but I had problems submitting a ticket. When I reached out to the company via Facebook, the company told me not to contact them via FB. They told me to submit a support ticket on their website. I told them, the support ticket system is not working. I also said I've tried to fix the theme myself but I became very frustrated with trying to figure out how to fix the problems within the theme. The company kept telling me to submit a support ticket, even after I told them I couldn't because their ticking system wouldn't let me. The Launch and Sell company have beautiful themes but some of the templates do not work. The company never addressed the problems I had with the theme. I did receive an automated email from Launch and Sell advising me to look through the Launch and Sell knowledge base to find the answers to the problems that I was having with the theme. There was nothing written in the knowledge base on how to fix the theme templates or fix bugs that the theme may have. Based on my experience with this company, I will not purchase again. In in order to continue to do business with a company, good customer support from a company is a must for me.
