I need help!!!!!! This theme has become absolute crap. I can no longer carry out even the most basic actions on my website.. it is effectively useless. But I have been trying for 5 months to contact some support now, and no answer. Just because my 6 month period has expired, does NOT mean I should have to pay again just to receive some help for what are design flaws your end. If I don't hear anything this week I will be deleting my website (at a cost of HOURS of work for myself) and asking for a refund from the seller.

Maybe you tried to reach us somewhere else? Where?
