The author has a horrible attitude and documentation sucked. Don't trust the "demo content". Assume that you have to be and elite WordPress application configuration expert and be running the exact specs this person designed it for...otherwise it is not very manageable.

The theme is working perfectly fine and you don't need to be an "Elite WordPress application configuration expert". You just need basic WP knowledge.
Why is support bad? You never asked any support except the refund request. I could gladly take a look and see why are you encountering problems but you've never asked and never gave me the chance to show you that the theme is indeed working.
