I have purchased this theme but lot of features are not available more bug in CSS I have to mail him many times but not received any response

Please follow the installation and setup steps from documentation: http://mariusn.com/themes/reales-wp/documentation/
You can also find the documentation inside the archive you received from ThemeForest. Also make sure that you unpack the archive. The theme installation file is inside the archive.
