the theme is fine albeit a bit limiting. If you want support, it's fast if it's a quick issue. Unfortunately, support is replying to my ticket every 2-4 days, sent me a theme upgrade that broke my menu and will no longer respond to ticket. 2 days left to upgrade support and I can truthfully say I will be hiring privately rather than seeking support from the developers anymore, as they have proven too unhelpful and inattentive.
