Absolutely fabulous customer support! This doesn't mean the quality of the theme is bad and you need to contact support a lot. No, in fact quality is great too. But customer support like this is not common. I've bought and worked with other themes from different authors and support is usually slow and frustrating. Support for FatMoon is fast, smart and willing.

And about the theme itself, it's very stable, things work as expected, it's regularly updated and very flexible. I would recommend it and would buy again (in fact I already have two licenses).
