While the design is clean and elegant, it feels as if they have gone out of their way to make simple changes really complex. Trying to change colors of built in short-code has been incredibly frustrating. I even downloaded a different Accordion plugin because the included short code kept my header font white no matter what changes I made.

You should know that it takes some time to get familiar with all theme options and find every detail you want to customize. Once you get started it's not that difficult. That is why we developed demo import system, so you don't have to start from scratch.
