I decided to launch my brand a few years ago. When I discovered the outrageous prices for professional help, I opted out and built my first website with WIX. As a newbie to this digital world, it was difficult adapting to the platform. Once my website was done, I was beyond disappointed and began my search for something better and found this website, Themeforest. I had never heard of a theme, the name Word Press or Envato. This was the first time I heard terms like "Hosting" and "Install" and Themes. Although completely petrified, I decided to try out this new world of WP. I was lucky to stumble across the "Pitch" theme. It was everything I envisioned for my brand. I got even more hopeful with the team who created and provided support. Before I purchased the theme, they spend more than two months answering all my questions. I learned about hosting, install, and was able to do it all by myself. When I finally purchased the theme, the support exceeded my expectations. When my first support term ended, I didn't renew it because I allowed my theme to sit for a year and thought it was a waste of money. When I finally started to work on my theme, I hired an outside Support group through Bluehost. Although they were in awe and intrigued by the theme capabilities, they couldn't provide timely help or answer the essential questions I needed as a newbie- Another year wasted! I was so frustrated; I let the theme installed theme sit another year. A few months ago, I made a full circle and purchased a 5-month support plan here in hopes to finally finish the website. AND I'm SO GLAD I DID. Within one week, I've made more progress with this support team than I have in 3 years with design agencies and third-party support services. When I submitted my first 10 tickets back to back, I was shocked how easy it was to resolve. These were the same tickets; other third party services took weeks to work on and still couldn't fix.
