We are sorry to hear this on your behalf, however, if you are somehow having an issue with the demo import we would kindly ask you to check your resources
as well as you can always try to import our demo content with our XML file

Also once checking we could not locate a request created with your Envato username and we would appreciate it is you could provide us with your request ID so we can check this further more on your end and help you as soon as possible.
We do hope that this will be solved very soon and that you will get all the help needed from our support team as well as we hope that you will reconsider your rating.
