If you are somehow having an issue with the demo import we would kindly ask you to check your resources
as well as you can always try to import our demo content with our XML file.

Also to be able to investigate any issue on your end would kindly ask you to submit a request at our help center and our support team will be happy to help, as for the moment we could not locate any request created by your Envato username, and we do hope that you will reconsider your rating after you were provided with help by our team.
