Absolute nightmare. First it had constant 500 errors for installation. Took three days to get it installed. Once installed the WPBakery page editor is not even workable and doesn't load properly. A simple task like uploading a logo to the header failed. Demo preview images fail, the plugin that comes with the theme failed to install properly and are not even pro plugins. Probably the worst and least user-friendly theme I have ever purchased.

How can you say like that. 500 error is mostly caused by server. Your server has issues and we have checked with default wordpress theme too. It was having the same issues. Your server issues are causing all such issues and we are still trying to support you. We even made manual theme setup and setup product pages. We are still available if thr is any issues you are facing and we will assist you as much as we can.
Our theme is used by 280+ customers as of now and no one is facing such issues so you should understand that thr is something wrong with your server config and I request you again to check and send us all your queries and I will make sure that we give you best possible support
