Hi I bought Altair theme many years ago. I never had to use their support even I bought it. The last month I experiencing problems posting on my Facebook page. When you actually post, the image is not there. There is no issues with facebook debuger. Fo r the last month I reached out to support and What I get is the run around. Everone that responded it seems that they never read my messages. Aftwer 3 weeks and after I told them to read my notes and not come back with the same questions, now NOBODY replies back to my tickets. I even created a new ticket for the same issue! Very disappointed with their support staff. Waist of money and effort! At this time, after a month, I still do not have a descent answer.
