I registered this software on another URL some 3 months ago and deleted the same day as I didn't get on with the format.
Today I tried to ask for support but was told that my purchase code was already used. This means even though I am still entitled to support I cant get it. I am using the software on 1 domain which is within legal requirements. I tried to change domain but could not because I had used the purchase code.
Not happy that I cant get support.

HI, you probably had the license registered with another account. You can reply to my comment and help you move the license if you lost access to the old one. Let me know
