Great support, have to say that upfront.
Theme looks nice but it is not as easy to customize as I am used to from other themes. The documentation is very basic and I didn't find a lot of help there.
What I also miss is a public ticket system. I have written quite a few requests to the support team of which I am sure other users hat as well. I would find it useful to be able to see the tickets from other users as well, in order to perhaps save myself & the support team some time.
All in all I made it work now but I would not buy it again.

Thank you for your feedback but we do need to point out that our theme is documented for sure. It is a documentation of all our theme features and the possibilities you do have with it, as well as we do have our helpcenter knowledge base with many great article that are covering general issues our users do encounter. Another important thing to know is that our support team is always eager to help with any difficulties you do encounter with the theme.
