I’m pretty disappointed, in the first 6 months I have seen at least 4 bugs with my theme. The headings were not working right, the top menu wasn’t showing up as even an option, and I try to edit the size of the font and make it larger and I can’t, or the bottom menu. The home page was also not showing up correctly, which support was no help, and eventually I just undid my menu setup and redid it and it worked.
Support answers are very vague so it takes even longer to solve a problem. Some of the documentation could be more detailed to help someone who isn’t a WordPress wizard. I also expected a lot more with customization. There isn’t much I can do with my footer, and I can’t have the size logo I want! Also, most of the recommended plugins say “untested with your version of WordPress.” The design looks great, but because of all these other things it has taken me way longer to set up my website, and now I’m thinking I made a huge mistake in purchasing this and I want something else!

We are sorry if theme didn't bring you expectation you want.
We found 4 tickets from you and all of them are not related to theme bugs as you mentioned. We will go through each one of them.
First one here http://prnt.sc/u9aqaf you mentioned about homepage setup issue and it's because you set static page as homepage so it doesn't displays recent posts. Later in the ticket you said you fixes it but if it's theme bug as you mentioned. You won't be able to fix it without editing code. So this is user related issue.
Second one here http://prnt.sc/u9aqut you said you can't enable top bar option so our support staff logged in and set it up for you. So again if this is theme bugs then we shouldn't be able to activate it.
Third one here http://prnt.sc/u9arao you said you can't change h2 and h3 font size. Normally, you can change h2, h3 font size from Appearance > Customize > General > Typography but our support staff also advised custom CSS code for you to change these font size. Again this is not theme bug but you just can't find these options because you might be new to WordPress.
And the last one here http://prnt.sc/u9as6m basically you don't know how to update the theme and it's not theme bug at all. Our support staff pointed you to multiple ways to update theme and if you could provide us an access. We will update theme for you.
