I absolutely love the design and all its features but unfortunately I am a bit disappointed on the whole process of installing the theme. I have had other themes before that were easy to setup and ready to use. I have encountered many many many issues with my setup and to this day, it's not working properly. I can only salute the fast reply from the support teams and endless emails exchanges, but I am quite disappointed with their help. They either suggest solutions as "please refer to the documentation", which I usually did beforehand, or super technical answers that I don't understand even after spending couple hours searching on Google and YouTube. My blog hasn't been working properly for months now. So, as much as I love the design, having something operational would have been pleasant.
Kinda feel like a waste of my time and money.
