Overall the theme is extremely easy to work with and it has a lot of awesome features. But the Customer Support is by far the best I have ever experienced. A few times issues occured on my website. After submitting a ticket it sometimes takes minutes to get a super elaborated answer with helpful links, instructions and descriptions.
If every Customer Support would be like OrionThemes's no one would have any issues. Keep up the great work and thank you again for your support everytime within minutes.
