Not impressed so far. Directions on support site for single page demos not working. The API token isn't working making it impossible to access templates. If the process of verifying a purchase makes it so you can't use the product, the authorization process flawed.

From screenshots you provided within the ticket. You haven't activated theme to Theme Setting > Registration.
You activated the "Envato Market" plugin which is using for automatic update. It's not theme license activation.
If you don't know how to activate theme and where to import page templates. Please provide WordPress account so we can setup an example one for you. Thank you for your patience and hopefully we can improve your experience using our theme.
