I updated WordPress to 5.5.3 and all hell broke loose. Now my menus don't work on any mobile device. I cannot make any changes to the site. And support is only forum based. I cannot find a human anywhere to help!!!!! Please tell me now to update the theme so that it doesn't crash. Is there a new update for the Kinetika theme that works well with WordPress 5.5.3 or even more important Worpress 5.6?

Kinetika is compatible with WordPress 5.6
How you are updating WordPress without updating the theme or plugins is not the correct way to do it. The theme needs to be updated if you are updating WordPress.
If you update WordPress while keeping the others old then it can cause problems. This isn't applicable only for this theme. This is in general for all WordPress themes. If you install any WordPress theme then you will need to update it prior to updating of WordPress.
There are many ways you could have contacted us. Through items comments, through the forum or mailing us through our profile. But we have received no contacts from you looking to solve this.
WordPress dot org is a forum based support as well and we use a similar system for our support.
You'll have to update the theme and plugins first and then update WordPress last. Updating just WordPress can lead to problems because it is going through major changes since WordPress 5.4.
WordPress 5.5 and 5.6 are major changes. So it is important to update the theme and plugins first.
