Not sure if incompetent or malicious: Trying to iron out a few simple bugs in the theme, but instead of helping, CTH support abuses WP-admin rights to turn our Wordpress installation into a mess!
Beware! Will turn off critical plugins (galleries, portfolios etc.) and security relevant features (login protection, activity log etc.) of your Wordpress installation and leave your homepage behind in a non-functioning state FOR DAYS (until we found out and manually restored everything).
