I was having problems with my contact form on my personal website (jefflesperance.com). No matter what I tried, I could not get it to work. I emailed Themeforest's support and they got back to me very quickly, giving me suggestions on how to fix the problem. After a few attempts, it seemed like I was making things worse rather than better. The tech person suggested that I give them temporary access to my website so that they could go in and see what was going on. I gave them access and within an hour the issues with my contact form had been resolved and I was getting emails from visitors from my site. I have never experienced such fantastic customer support from...anywhere! I'm very, very pleased with the template and with the exceptional support Themeforest supplied. Both of these things will keep me coming back to Themeforest in the future. Thank you!
