The Shop page is not responsive, and there is never any response on fixing this.

I'm sorry I missed the first email you sent. I usually reply to all support requests.
I've since answered all your emails and haven't heard back from you after sending you the child theme. The alignment of shop items on mobile was fixed in the latest update. I hope you will consider changing the rating for Marni.
