23rd April (1 month ago) I opened a support ticket because of misalignment issues in the countdown (numbers look misaligned if 3 digits - although in the demo here it looks perfect). I went back and forth with support team every single day.
They sent me CSS to fix the error and none of it worked. Very incompetent support. They would send me a code that works on desktop and not on mobile, or that works in Safari but not in Chrome. Very superficial approach.
Before sending code to fix a theme that should work well by itself by the way, you should at least check it on various devices and browsers.
This tells a lot about how superficial these people are. I asked them to escalate the ticket to the developers who hopefully are able to fix this.
They said: Ok, ticket escalated. This was 2 weeks ago and haven't heard from anybody.
In the meantime I updated the theme and now the underline below the "Days" in the countdown completely disappeared.
Cheap code and cheap support.
To sum it up: Buy something else.

We are sorry for the misunderstanding. We have released the update following your previous ticket, and never heard from you again, so we thought the issue has been resolved.
After your latest follow up we have realized it was not.
We have just released the theme update which should finally resolve the alignment issue with the counter.
