Significant issue on iOS on almost all of this developer’s themes. The scrolling on iOS browsers be it Safari or Chrome is not smooth. Scrolling is choppy and often freezes.
Lazy loading is also extremely slow and users can scroll by an entire section of the page before it even loads.
Many alternative themes are available for the same price. I recommend that you test the theme’s demo for yourself on iOS browsers as the developer’s own demo also has the same scrolling and lazy loading issue. Just to be clear, it is definitely not an installation issue on our end or anything like that. Customer support is mediocre and pretty slow as well.

We couldn't produce the issue you mentioned, however we will continue to find ways to optimise our themes to work smoothly across all devices as you mentioned.
There are many reasons which might cause cause slow website loading including server speed and resources, internet connection and image optimisation. We are using the best practice in the industry in terms of code and speed optimisation. But we will try to improve it via future theme update.

According to our support policy, we promised 24 hours guarantee response time on weekday. It's quite reasonable for us. But we will try to reduce the response we committed to our customers.
