Great theme - very clean and easy to customize.
I implemented it on a project and found the code very organized.
THREE REMARKS:
1. More comments in the code will be even better.
2. Documentation - add a section for developers for lower level stuff.
3. Fix a bug -> in inspiry-real-estate-admin.js line 86: its targeting all the field sections and not only the social section and there for its removing all the last field rows in all of the sections. I fixed it on my end.
